For 35 years Ruben Garcia has led Annunciation House, a sanctuary for undocumented homeless people and refugees in El Paso, Texas. When he was a young man he found his mission in life in helping the poor. His tireless dedication over the past 35 years has helped about 125,000 poor illegal immigrants from Mexico and Central America.
